Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase, use and participation in demo programs provided by Lioox AS. By purchasing, registering for a demo or using products from Lioox, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Product use
Lioox products are designed for professional use in restaurants, hotels and commercial service environments. Any further or misuse, as well as unauthorized copying of the product, is strictly prohibited.

2. Terms of free demo

  • Demo kits contain pre-programmed buttons and clocks, and are offered free of charge for 14 days.

  • The demo period starts upon confirmed delivery.

  • The equipment must be returned in good condition with all parts included.

  • Demokits are the property of Lioox AS.

  • Failure to return within 14 days may result in automatic billing of the full replacement cost.

If components are missing, damaged, or not returned, you agree to the following fees:

  • Buttons: up to NOK 500 per unit

  • Watches: up to NOK 1,500 per unit

  • Charging equipment: up to NOK 400 per unit

A return label and packaging may be sent - if this is the case, it should be used. If not, return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Deposit option (if applicable)
Some demo kits may require a refundable deposit prior to shipment. The deposit is fully refundable upon correct and timely return.

4. Purchase and return policy

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

  • Custom kits and used items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

5. Warranty
Lioox offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from water, impact, misuse, or lost parts.

6. Ownership and responsibility

  • Demo kits remain the property of Lioox AS unless purchase is confirmed.

  • The customer is responsible for the equipment from receipt to return.

  • Lioox reserves the right to invoice for equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged.

7. Privacy
All personal and company data collected is used for business and support purposes only, and is not shared with third parties unless necessary for shipping or required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
Lioox AS is not responsible for loss of revenue, downtime or indirect damages resulting from use or defects in the products.

9. Legal authority and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be settled under Norwegian jurisdiction.
