Terms and Conditions – B2B
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of products and services provided by Lioox AS . By ordering from our online store, you as a trader agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. General
Lioox AS sells technological products and solutions aimed at professional users in the hotel, restaurant and service sectors. All prices are stated excl. VAT unless otherwise specified.
2. Product use
Our products are designed for commercial use. Reselling, modifying or copying the products without written consent is not permitted. Improper use may void warranty rights.
3. Delivery and risk
The risk for the goods is transferred to the buyer upon delivery. Any damage in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. Delivery times are indicative.
4. Payment and ownership
Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Until full payment has been received, Lioox AS reserves the right of ownership to all delivered goods.
5. Returns and cancellation rights
As a business customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply under the Consumer Purchase Act. However, we offer a voluntary right of return under the following conditions:

Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Customized products or used items are not accepted for return.

Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is defective.
6. Warranty and complaints
Lioox AS offers a limited warranty and right of complaint of 12 months from the date of delivery.
This period covers both:

Manufacturing and material defects

Malfunction during normal and correct use
The warranty and right of complaint do not apply to:

Damage caused by misuse, accident, water, fall or unauthorized intervention

Normal wear and tear or batteries and accessories with limited lifespan

Products that have been modified or used contrary to recommendations
The customer is obliged to report any defects within a reasonable time , and at the latest within 12 months after delivery . To use the warranty or make a complaint about the product, proof of purchase and, if relevant, pictures or a description of the problem must be provided.
In the event of an approved warranty or complaint, Lioox offers, at its own discretion:

Repair

Replacement product

Partial or full refund
The customer covers shipping costs for submission, while Lioox covers any return shipping in the event of an approved case.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lioox AS is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, business interruption or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
8. Privacy
We only process personal and company data that is necessary for delivery, support and accounting. Information is only shared with third parties where necessary for logistics, payment or legal requirements.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and settled by the Oslo District Court, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
